The rashes on my body and my face are fading... though there are still scars and marks left.
I've never felt so fresh and energetic in the morning before. Although the dryness of my skin could be felt but it's nothing compared to what i've gone through. I can see the happiness on my parents' faces. They can finally be at ease.

Had a happy time at work today, was smiling and laughing away with the chefs and delivery man in the kitchen. I love the harmony and cheeful atmosphere created while working. However, I somewhat dislike my colleague, Tom. I dislike his 'know-it-all' attitude. He ought to be more humble you know, and i told him that straight in the face. Hah! He'd embarrassed himself today... I find it amusing and had a good laugh, but somehow i felt sorry for him. And i felt guilty for "informing" the boss bout' Tom's ignorance. It wasn't an intentional act, i just thought it's funny so i told the boss in Tom's presence. I guess I should have think twice before saying, i don't wanna hurt him or anything like that >.<
Well well, as you know, that's just me.

Hopefully i'll be able to wake up early tomorrow morning to join my dad for breakfast at Box Hill. Sorry Jolene I can't visit you YET. I guess you don't really need me since you've your wonderful family by your side =P. Hey hey i don't mean anything ok? I'm happy that you're happy... ^_^
And Sally, i miss you too!!! Jolene said she'll invite us all to her house for steamboat around Chinese New Year? I've been working these days... almost EVERYDAY. Sorry for my absence on New Year's Eve as well. Shall see you all sOoOoooon!!!!

Take Care!

My dad's loud and distinctive snoring sound penetrates through my bedroom door the minute he went to bed. It wouldn't be a wise idea to sleep after him, i've always thought. But somehow, it brings serenity to my sleepless nights.

I was being taken to another chinese doctor in Richmond this afternoon, who claimed to specialise in dermatology. "Well, let's give it another try," I comforted myself. After 8 years of suffering, i doubt any doctor is capable enough to minimise my anguish, let alone cure.

My skin was giving me a hard time again this morning, hence i wasn't in a good mood. I wasn't smiling throughout my trip to the city for lunch and to the clinic.
I came to realised that i've lost my cheerful self and the glimpse of hope that i've always been carrying to keep me moving. The memory of my last consultation with a chinese doctor was still vivid in my mind. I was smiling all the way when i told him that his medicine wasn't doing its job.
I think i've reached my limit.

This vietnamese doctor seemed very proffessional and confident with himself and those medicine that he's prescribed. He told me and my parents that we'll be able to see an effect after 3 days of consumption, but to cure, it needs at least 6 months.
I was stunned, then i let out a little laugh.
It's not that i lacked confidence in him, it's just unbelievable, and somewhat impossible.
If it's such an easy task, why on Earth have i been tormented by it?!?!

Nevertheless, the extinguished hope in me starts to grow yet again.

Thank God for everything.
I know you've always been there.
